With a background is rooted in journalism, Nici Sandberg has long been a champion of storytelling. From the earliest days of interviewing fellow students during her undergrad days at Texas Wesleyan University to building full-scale brand stories for university partners at Archer Education, Nici has been combining stories with empathy and leadership for nearly 20 years.

In addition to a bachelor’s degree in journalism, Nici also holds an MBA from TCU and a graduate certificate in Applied AI from Bryant University. She is adept at knowing when to use AI and how, and when to let a human voice shine through.

While Nici has worked in higher education since 2014, she also has prior work experience in retail marketing, B2B software, and B2B products. She’s always up for a new challenge and willing to get outside her comfort zone.
