I created this dashboard using Claude’s live artifact feature. This pulls in a variety of documents to help a team of full-time employees understand who is available to take on new work.

By developing a repeatable, shareable, AI-driven dashboard, I was able to save each FTE an estimated five hours per week. Using AI to gain efficiency and remove some of the monotonous, low-value tasks is ideal. This does not replace humans, and human-review is still critical, but it is a tool to improve workers’ day-to-day.
