Competitive Analysis
For this project, I analyzed five competitors to Weber State University’s Master of Health Administration program. The goal was to review competitors’ brand, advertising, messaging, and positioning to see how all the programs stacked up.
This project included research, analysis, presenting to the client, and following up on recommendations. My team also incorporated the materials into a foundational brand document and marketing guide for the client.
